The P15 summer school course 2010 addressd the fields of transcriptomics and proteomics of forest tree species, with main emphasis on woody plants and microbial communities.

The course was organised by the Technische Universität München in cooperation with the Helmholtz-Zentrum München (P15). Within 5 days, lectures and lab courses were scheduled for each of two days in Munich and Freising, and completed by a one day field trip.
